Jen Jaciw brings over 25 years of business experience to her coaching practice. She previously owned a successful transportation company in Silicon Valley and was a professional mentor to small business owners prior to joining The Entrepreneur’s Source as a Career Ownership Coach.

My Story…

After being laid off twice in two years and having to prove my worth over and over again to potential employers, I was frustrated and felt like I needed to shake things up. I was tired of trying to find the “right” job that I’d actually enjoy doing and that would pay me a competitive wage. It was time to create something better for myself, but I wasn’t sure where to start. That is when a friend introduced me to a The Entrepreneur’s Source (TES) coach, and it was a game changer.

The TES journey led me back to business ownership and gave me a renewed sense of curiosity, excitement, and energy that I’d been missing. I feel valuable again. My life is happy, enriched, and satisfying… and yours can be too!

I’ve been working full-time since I was 17 and have worn many hats over the years; everything from Sales and Marketing, to Administrative Management, to Operations but what I enjoyed most is making a difference at the companies I’ve worked with. Motivating sales teams, nurturing employees, and making beneficial connections is how I positively impacted the business community.
