I’m a domestic violence survivor and a child of addiction, and I made a deliberate shift from a victim mindset to a survivor—and ultimately, a thriver. Over the past decade, I’ve mentored small business owners, led networking organizations, and advocated for domestic violence resources, all while helping professionals design careers and lives they genuinely love.

And then life intervened.

In 2025, I experienced two major injuries that abruptly changed my pace, challenged my identity, and required me to surrender control in ways I never expected.
